Treetops Commercial Range - For Public Use

General Information

The Commercial range is designed for public use on generally level unobstructed play bark safety surface.
Treetops Commercial Play Equipment is manufactured and tested in full compliance with BS EN 1176.
Swing units are suitable for children from 1 year (with full supervision) and Climbing Frames from 3 years. The Treetops House and Platfrom is suitable for children from 4 years.
All units are supplied with detailed instructions ready for assembly and installation by a competent contractor. A minimum of two units should be joined together to ensure stability.
Stainless steel fixings are used throughout.

TIMBER SOURCING & TREATMENT

Treetops play units are manufactured from machine rounded pressure treated redwood and each timber is hand finished.
All timber is sourced from fully managed forests and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).
The preservative penetrates deep into the heart of the wood far in excess of BS standards and our confidence in this process enables us to give a 10year guarantee against rot.
The ACQ non-arsenic, non-chromium preservative is completely harmless to human, animal and plant life, it conforms to BS EN 599-1 and will not soil hands or clothing.
Timber is a natural material which is subject to the effects of drying in the sun and expanding in wet weather. Inevitably some splits and cracking will occur as part of this process, but they will not extend into the heart of the wood and do not weaken the structural integrity of the timbers

GUARANTEES

· 10 Year Timber Guarantee

The treated structural timber of the play frames is guaranteed for 10 years from the date of purchase, against damage which makes the timber unfit for use in the play equipment for which it was originally designed. The damage must have been caused as a direct result of either rot or insect attack. Any Treetops treated product so damaged within 10 years of purchase will be replaced free of charge, subject to the conditions on page 5 under Guarantees
