Delivery is usually within 28 days of receipt of
your order, subject to availability.
Tree Tops will normally telephone before dispatch
to let you know when to expect delivery. We may ask
you to let us know where the goods can be left if
you are not in.

Delivery of Tree Tops Play Equipment
to all areas of mainland England is £19.50 for orders
up to £300, and £32 for orders of £300
and above. Small accessories are £7.95.
Delivery of all Trampolines & Paddling Pools to mainland
UK is FREE.
Delivery of Safety Matting by pallet (10-60 Mats) is £72
per pallet to mainland England.

28 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
All Treetops products are made to the highest standards.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with
any of our play equipment, please return the product
to us (in salable condition) with the dispatch note
within 28 days of delivery. We shall refund your money
less a restocking charge, or if you prefer, exchange
for goods of the same value. This does not affect
your statutory rights.
25 YEAR TIMBER GUARANTEE
The treated structural timber of the play frames is
guaranteed for 25 years from the date of purchase,
against damage which makes the timber unfit for use
in the play equipment for which it was originally
designed. The damage must have been caused as a direct
result of either rot or insect attack. Any Treetops
treated product so damaged within 25 years of purchase
will be replaced free of charge subject to the following
conditions:

- Timber damage by any cause other than rot or insect
attack is NOT guaranteed.
- The timber must not have been cut, drilled or misused.
- Any timber subject to claim must be returned for inspection
with evidence of purchase.
- The only cost covered by the guarantee is the cost of
the defective timber.
- Consequential expenses incurred as a result of replacing
the timber are excluded.
- Timber which has been placed in abnormal conditions
and timber which has not been treated is excluded.
- This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
12 MONTH GUARANTEE
All other Treetops products are guaranteed for 12 months
from the date of purchase.

An installation service is available in most Southern
Counties. Please contact us for more information
Tree Tops play equipment is designed for domestic
use in residential gardens on generally level grass
surfaces, however, some uneveness can be accommodated.
Contact Treetops for advice on other surfaces.
The site should be unobstructed. Allow a 5.0m deep
swing area (2.5m either side of the swing beam) and
an adequate clear area around all climbing equipment.

All units are supplied with detailed
instructions ready for self assembly and installation. Some
assistance may be required to support the 'A' frames and swing
beam during construction. A minimum of 2 people are required
to assemble the Tree Tops House and Platform. A reasonable
level of DIY competence is required.
Extra long ground anchors are supplied which may not require
concreting-in depending on ground conditions. If the play
equipment shows any signs of movement we recommend you set
the anchors in concrete.

All Treetops products are designed and manufactured
with Safety, Quality and Durability in mind. Our products
are strictly tested to meet stringent safety standards
(see Safety) and come with superb guarantees. (see
Guarantees).
Treetops play units are manufactured from machine
rounded pressure treated redwood and each timber is
hand finished. The preservative penetrates deep into
the heart of the wood far in excess of BSS standards
and our confidence in this process enables us to

give a 25 year guarantee against rot. The preservative
treatment is harmless to human, animal and plant life, it
conforms to BS EN 599-1 and will not soil hands or clothing.
Timber is a natural material which is subject to the effects
of drying in the sun and expanding in wet weather. Inevitably
some splits and cracking will occur as part of this process,
but they will not extend into the heart of the wood and
do not weaken the structural integrity of the timbers.
